The festival took place from July 9 to 14 in Kyiv, on the territory of the ENEA. The first day of Atlas Weekend was traditionally free for everyone. 

This year we decided to surprise visitors not only with good music and delicious food, but also with interesting eco activities. 

The organizers of the festival are well aware that the problems of ecology face modern man more acutely than ever. And to help them solve at least a little Atlas Weekend together with the International Youth Movement School Recycling World and with the support of PepsiCo Ukraine created a special eco-patrol. 102 volunteers trained visitors in separate waste collection for 6 days at 7 sorting sites. 

It was possible to feed garbage collectors and learn more about the ecological situation in Ukraine and the world at the ecological station "PLANETS GO"  

As a result of the joint efforts of the organizers Atlas Weekend, the International Youth Movement School Recycling World, with the support of PepsiCo Ukraine and Join the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Civic Engagement Program Pact in Ukraine 5 tons of secondary raw materials were sorted and handed over for processing.
