Capital justice - for a clean environment!

Столична юстиція – за чисте довкілля!

On the eve of the Day of Environmental Protection, which is celebrated annually on June 5, there was a training on sorting and responsible consumption of household waste. Representatives of the International Youth Movement spoke about life without garbage School Recycling World Julia Markhel and Ksenia Renchkovskaya.

Experts noted that today almost the entire territory of Ukraine is in a state of deep ecological crisis.

The metropolitan justice will be the first state body to sort household waste. Special garbage cans for glass, paper and other household waste will be installed.

The struggle for a clean environment begins with each of us!

After all, the deterioration of the environment against the background of a protracted economic crisis leads to tragic consequences. However, neither the current situation nor the global Chernobyl tragedy have forced society to take a new approach to environmental issues.

According to the general theory of law, legal liability is traditionally divided into criminal, administrative, civil and others. The justification for the existence of a separate type of "environmental responsibility" is related to the presence in the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection" of Section XV, which is called "Liability for violation of environmental legislation."

Along with criminal, civil and administrative, disciplinary liability for environmental offenses is also possible. It applies to persons who, in the performance of their official duties, violate environmental requirements and other requirements of labor discipline related to the use of natural resources, environmental protection, and environmental safety.

Caring for the environment, preserving the environment - the task not only of the state but also of each of us!
